Q: Is your online ordering secure?
A: Absolutely! Your information is protected with industry standard security at all points
throughout the ordering process. Additionally, we never divulge your information to third parties except for
product delivery purposes (shipping address). Lastly, you may notice that you are taken to get-securecheckout.com
during your checkout process. This is our secure server and is nothing to be worried about.
Q: I only received part of my order. Why?
A: Depending on what you ordered, your merchandise may come from more than one print vendor.
If you receive a partial order, please wait a day or two before emailing to see if the rest arrives. This
is particularly true when ordering diverse products such as prints and other specialty items such as coffee
mugs, shirts, etc.
Q: Are photos posted online always viewable by anyone?
A: Not necessarily. We can password protect your event if privacy is an issue. For most
events we do not suggest demanding a password as it can deter sales. However, we understand
that certain events may demand a higher level of security.
Q: What types of events will you photograph?
A: All kinds of events, except for weddings. Some good examples would be festivals,
marathons, sporting events, fundraisers, school functions, etc.
